effective 2026-05-10
By using DoodleGram (at doodlegram.app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Keep your password to yourself and let us know (email us) if you think someone else got in. You're responsible for activity under your account. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the doodles, captions, and comments you post. By posting, you grant DoodleGram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, and feature your content inside the app and in promotional material (e.g. the daily winner reel). This licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies in backups for up to 30 days.
Don't post content that you don't have the right to post. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, that targets minors, that harasses other users, or that pretends to be someone else. We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.
Don't try to break the app: no automated scraping, no exploiting bugs in ways that affect other users, no attempting to access accounts that aren't yours. Don't try to circumvent the rate limits or abuse-protection systems.
The web version may show ads (currently via Google AdSense). Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site we don't control.
You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen. We may terminate or suspend access without notice if you break these terms or if we have to (e.g. legal request). Sections of these terms that should survive termination — content licence for backups, liability disclaimers — do.
no warranty, limited liability
DoodleGram is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but we don't guarantee uptime, that your data will never be lost, or that the app fits any particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue (which, since the app is free, is zero).
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the effective date and, for signed-in users, show a notice in the app the next time you open it. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
